Our Martial Arts Programs

We have two programs to choose from. Traditional Kung Fu classes and Tai Chi classes.

Our Traditional Kung Fu program is the full package of what Shaolin-Do has to offer. You will learn multiple animal styles like tiger, crane, and mantis. You will learn weapons including bo staff, short stick, sai, and broadsword. You will learn empty hand Kung Fu techniques and apply your knowledge with friendly sparring. In these traditional classes, you will get a good workout as you start with the basics and build over time to advanced techniques. Once you achieve black belt, there’s even more to learn as you dive deeper into the art of Shaolin-Do!

Tai Chi is a slow-moving, internal focused martial art style that is known for its benefits to health and well-being. It is “meditation in motion” that will help you relax the mind and body while building balance, coordination, and flexibility. In these classes, you will learn breathing techniques, multiple Tai Chi forms (including sword and fan forms), and participate in gentle exercises in a no-pressure environment.
